Unbelievable ..

Ahhh i totally forgot i even made a blog :/ its nearly been a year since my last post, i guess i made it last year as part of my new years resolution, that totally failed :P I only rememberd i had one by looking on twitter (which i trying to get into and also failing because i seriously dont understand).
Loads have things have changed in a year, last time I posted i was still at 6th form doing my a-levels at netherhall, turns out i got 2 C's in sociology and religious studies and a E in pshycholgy :P basically failed at those aswell then :P my lifes full of fails!! Turns out i probably just wasted 2 years of my life doing my a-levels becuase im never going to use them again, i dont really think things through enough!!! But yeah now, I no longer live at home, moved away to coventry to be with my boyfriend who now goes to coventry university, im really enjoying it its been really good so far .. loving the freedom :)
Over the christmas period this year i worked at marks and spencers in the home deparetment just as a christmas temp, but i got a call from them last monday and they want me to work with them full time!! its only weekends at the moment but who knows it might turn into full time so fingers crossed!! saves me weeks of job hunting!! If i dont get anymore hours im going to have to hunt for another job during weekdays but i love it at marks so i really want full time there, that would be awesome!!
Erm im trying to think what else has happend in a year, nothing much :P
Unfortuantley all my grandparents passed away last year, so it wasnt exactly a good year!! Ive moved twice this year :P, when johns dad passed away half of the house was left to john so mum and john bought it, then redecorated and we all moved in there around julyish time, i then moved out to coventry end of october so i wasnt there for long but everyones happy there :) i spent like a month painting my room, everyone else took the easy option and had wallpaper but i have to be different so i decided to paint mine in stripes :P it took forever!! and now im not even there to enjoy my masterpiece .... Oooh that reminds me, my little sister Tin is having her exchange come to stay for a week from shr-lanka, she went over there in the summer had an amazing time, she got to ride elephants and everything!! so jelouse!!! But yeah now its time for them to come back over here, so he will be staying in my masterpiece of a room :P!! at least someone gets to enjoy it :), he well get to apprieciate my fish which i got in the summer aswell which are now probably negelected now im not there :P me and ant got them a couple weeks before he moved down here, we called them chicken and possum :D their the best!! Apparently johns making a pond in the garden .. chicken and possum are going to be the first inhabitants of it, to see if its safe :P ... poor things!!!

Erm i cnt really think of anything much thats happend, you can see how intresting the life i lead is :P At the moment just waiting for ant to finish his lesson at uni then ill go meet him where he eats ... talking of eating, we fed the quirells and pidgeons today :P it sounds lame but it was awesome, the pidgoens are really friendly so they just sit on you and eat whatever is in your hand, some random man was doing it with us aswell, we had a packet of nuts, he just got swarmed by pidgens :P was really funny!! Good times, you can see from the pic above :), erm so yeah thats pretty much it for now, i need to get going to meet ant, ill try keep up the blogging alot more than last year, lets face it i cnt be much worse :P blog soon xx

Keeping You Posted ..

Just a quick little update of my life, last time i blogged i magically had to find a fancy dress costume in less then an hour .... to my amazement, i actually managed it! In the end i went as some form of lion, we had to go as childrens book characters so i managed to fob mine off as simba/narla from the lion king! Yaz face painted my face on the way to college, we made a stop off at tescos toilets!! .... got a few funny looks but i think she done a pretty good job :). Apparently everyone else was dressing up, did they?? NO! I got into sociology, everyone was dressed normally apart from me and Zoe who went as one of the incredible's ... Brilliant. It got better when Corrine and Becky came as Minnie Mouse but apart from that is was a pretty poor turn out!! ... however in the common room at break quite a few people had dressed up, Becky Dobson aka dobby actually came as dobby!! Haha!! she actually looked awesome!! Its not a very clear picture at the top but you get the jist .. beth also  looked really good, she went as a pirate!! ... On Fridays my friends finish at 12:15, I should Finish at 1:15 but the last hour is always assembly or form which are both totally pointless and a total waste of an hour!! so the choice is sit for an hour, be bored, end up getting the bus home and getting in a 3 ... Or .... Skip assembly/form, skilfully escape from college, get a lift home with my friends and get home at 1! Its not really difficult to choose between the 2! so once again i had to skillfully run away without anyone noticing, this week was a little harder then usual .. being dressed as a lion!! Still managed it, although i did get a few weird looks from the locals && beeps from cars .... tad embarrassing but sooo worth getting home 2 hours earlier && seeing the friendies!! so that was pretty much Friday ....
Weekend was a bit pants!! .... felt like crap again all weekend, had work on Saturday where we were majorly busy!! but at least i now have some money seeing as i missed out on last weeks pay due to some self inflicted illness!! Haha!
what else .... Planning to go to T4 on the beach again this year with the friendies this time! tickets go on sale Friday, just need to get it all organised, we will probably get a coach or train down there so no one has to drive as apparently last time it was a nightmare! ... Last year was my first time going, went with the sisters and mum we left the house at midnight and drove through the night so we would get there early enough .. BIG mistake!! we were sooo tired by the time we got there we went for a snooze in the car, trouble is Torz snores and was the only one who actually got to sleep!! Was well worth it though, we got well near the front although i still didn't see myself on TV which was a bit of a bummer!! this time for sure!! I'm going to make banners and everything!! .... its going to be good i can tell!! Steve Jones was my personal highlight, i LOVE him .... hes not going to be there this year though :( bad times!! ... the acts that are playing are still to be released, excited!!
Erm ive also had another little light bulb moment, i really really really want to write a book/novel but i have no idea how to go about it!! People always say use own experiences so i might have to start there ...  at the beginning of the year i said i wanted to record all my dreams, well that never got anywhere but i was thinking if i started now and recorded some i could pull ideas out of them aswell ... ooooh i don't know, im in serious need of some inspiration. My Grannie (mums mum) wrote her life story and had it published into a book, she won an award for it and everything!! She died at the end of last year so i thought it would be nice to use her story and base a  character upon her life. I have read through some of the book and its actually really interesting!! Her life was so different from mine!! She left school at 14 and a few weeks later the war broke out so she was evacuated to a massive manor house, ive googled it and its since been turned into a hotel. At 17 she had joined the army and had become a cook, her first name was Elsie and her last name Cook so her nickname was Cookie .. its just really interesting to read about her life and how it was so different. I really would love to write a book about her i'm just going to need to do a lot of research before i start!! ill keep you posted on the progress. Thats all for now, blog soon

Hello, I'm back again just like a promised!! May have left it a little longer again then i had hoped but then again nothing has really happened to me that has been worth writing about. Ive pretty much been ill all week && so have spent most of the week in bed or on the sofa watching the inbetweeners who i absolutely LOVE!, i also managed to watch complete first seasons of the Vicar of Dibley & Miranda several times who i also love but the inbetweeners just beats them :)

Feeling loads better today, but i had the day off again just because i woke up late && i have 3 essays due in which i haven't done ... Brilliant! Urghh I'm deffo going in tomorrow though, its red-nose day && the college has decided that everyone should dress up and children's book characters && i have absolutely no idea who to go as. I was going to go as little red riding hood but someone else is already going as her ... then i was going to go as superwoman as we have the costumes for when it was my 18th and we all went out as superheros (great night) but then i think it looks a bit OTT so im totally stuck and have no idea who to go as .... i think im going to have to use Google for inspiration && then wack out my creative side seeing as i have between now and when i get up to have come up with a costume .... Brilliant!!

Back to today, as i was feeling better i decided i would have a go at some baking seeing as i love it and hadn't baked anything in ages!! ...I wanted to try something new so went for Macaroons, what a mistake that turned out to be ... on the right is what the macaroons were meant to turn out like as you can see there is a slight difference.

I dont think ill be trying to bake them again anytime soon, i dont even know why i wanted to bake them in the first place i dont even like them! They taste really random but they look so pretty.. not in my case though!! That was pretty much today, nothing else to report! i better be off, got that costume to prepare, ill let you know how it goes, write soon

Total Failure

Well as you can see I have totally failed at writing my blog seeing as i haven't written an entry in about 2 months!! I always fail at my new years resolutions, i really don't know why i even bother making any!! For this reason i also didn't give up anything for lent :(.
To be honest i totally forgot about the whole thing until the other day!! at the time i thought ah whats the point in writing another blog now if i haven't written one in ages!! but now I'm thinking its never to late, so I'm seriously going to try my hardest to keep it going this time!! i cant manage to do worse then last time seeing as i only blogged 4 times!! :)
Well in the last 2 months not everything has been a total failure!! Last time i was blogging i was revising and getting ready for January exams!! The exams went pretty well (apart from psychology! That was awful) and on Thursday i got my results back!! I managed to get an A in sociology!! That was a major surprise, i thought the exam had gone well but i was never expecting to get an A!! I made my teacher cry which was really awkward, she couldn't believe how shocked i was!! I also got a B in philosophy only a couple of marks off an A! && finally an E in psychology only 2 marks of a D but hey!! I knew the results of that one weren't going to go well!!! I got into the exam opened the paper && new that i was totally screwed!! All the stuff that I Hated had come up brilliant!! so needles to say i will be resiting that one in the summer!! ... In total i will have 7 exams!! .... urghh that means a lot of revising!! This time we get study leave though so it shouldn't be to bad! ... its crazy though to think that in 2 months i would have left college for good && just have my exams to do :S!!
I still have no idea what i want to do career wise!! You know i said i emailed the cruise ship people, well they never got back to me which was great .... but Junes dad wants me to ring him as hes collected a few more numbers for me!! I hate ringing companies up but then at least you no your through to them straight away and can get the information straight away!! Ill just have to be brave!!
I cant really think of everything thats been going on in the last 2 months!! .... Me and my friends have booked to go away to center parcs after all our exams are finished quite looking forward to it!! Apparently even though we are all going to be 18 we need someone who is 21 to be there as well which is really stupid but we worked it out!! My sister and cousin are going to come along which will be good!! We have sorted out all the activities we are going to do including a spa day!! Its going to be a good week filled with plenty of fun && Hangovers!!
speaking of hangovers ... Had the worst night ever on Friday!! Ive honestly never been so drunk in my whole entire life!! && I'm never ever ever ever ever getting that drunk again!! i spent half the night with my head down the toilet being sick!! urghh i literally felt like i was dying!! I was so bad my friends had to ring my mum to come at get me .... how embarrassing!! NEVER again!! I had to be escorted out the building!! ... brilliant, they are never ever ever going to let me live this down!! .... the pictures are still to be put up on Facebook!! really not looking forward to that one!! x
Friday day time however was really good, My step sister Marylynne came down with her 2 boys Ethan and Sebastian. Ethan will be 3 in April and Sebastian was born in October. The first photo is Me and Ethan on the swinging seat, hes so cute!! he was talking about how he hates spiders!! hes absolutely terrified of their cat Cefer which is why he is on my lap, she ran into the garden and he totally freaked out bless him!! The second picture is of Sebastian although this was taken a couple of months ago when i first saw him, hes a lot bigger now but still seriously cute!!
Pretty much nothing else interesting has happened this week, not that i can remember of anyway ....
Although we are deffo moving house now!! Mum reckons we will be moved in by the end of may!! Johns been working super hard getting everything done, hes done really well!! I took a picture of my room today because i wanted to do a before and after shot, at the moment it lookes like a shell because there is nothing in it && all the walls and floor need to be sorted out!! I'm going for a seaside theme all the walls are going to be white apart from the window wall which i am going to paint stripes on in blue and brown :) i have a feeling its going to be super awesome!! I'm going to buy or make ... haven't decided which one yet!! some cute little bunting flags to hang round the walls!! i already have shells and seaside bits and bobs in my room at the moment that i brought from our seaside camping holiday in Cornwall not last year but the year before! && theres always Ebay to add all the finishing touches!! Im quite excited to move!! I LOVE moving house in total this will be our 5th move!! we have moved around a lot, but this one is going to be a keeper!!
Ill keep you posted on the progress, ill upload the before and after pictures of my room when its done, i might even do it in stages .... :)

Past Days ... x

Arggh so i didn't post yesterday, i think posting everyday is a bit ambitious when you don't have anything to say .. so from now on i think ill post every2 days .. unless something really worth writing about happens :)
So yesterday was another joy filled day at college with another happy dose of double psychology!! although it had to get through sociology first ... walked in the room and the teacher says to me 'you have a mock 4th and lunch today' im thinking no i dont!! im going home at 3rd!!! ofcourse manners ... didnt actually say that .. anyways turned out most of the class didnt want to have a mock lol so instead its wednesday in lesson and then at lunch, if thats not something to look forward to i dont know what is!! so i made it through the day with the crappy lessons and the sarci remarks about why i wasnt there the day before ... honestly you have one day off and the whole world thinks your a sciver!!! The friendies picked me up after college to take me home :) thats the thing that made me happy that day: My friends picking me up, not having to wait in the rain to get a bus && listning to them slating their work because their pay has been deducted by more then half!! i love my friends x
In the evening June picked us up and we went round theirs for the night which was nice, June helped me write my email for the cruise ships so we are just waiting to hear back from them now :) fingers crossed everything goes alrighty!! ill keep you updated ... so that was pretty much yesterday x
Today: Had another early start, got picked up for work and half 6! which is great, i love it :] haha ... guess its not so bad. Got back home at about half 12 and found torz sitting on the computer in her pj's ... we were ment to be going shopping when i got home .. about 2 hours later mum finally dropped is into town (after having a little experiment with the carpet cleaner) we took the christmas tree down yesterday :( christmas have gone for another year!! Mum hired out the cleaner to wash all the carpets down ( you should have seen the amount of dog hair that came out of it ,,, i really wish i had taken a picture!! it was disgusting) .

So yeah we finally got into town looked round a couple of shops and them popped into the carphone warhouse && BAM i come out with a blackberry :) thats the thing that made me happy today, getting my blackberry!! i love it :D x i have another thing that made me happy today aswell, watching my sisters cat sleep in the new wock my stepdad got for christmas. He looks sooo cute :) x Haha but seriously .. he must be pretty stupid to want to sit in something that could potentially cook him :)
Erm so yeah thats pretty much been everything today really, just been sussing out the blackberry!! Im seriously looking forward to my nice long lay in!! i bet i wont be able to sleep though, that always happens .. when you have to get up you want to sleep more, but when you have the choice to stay in bed you feel wide awake! annoying much?!?
I better be off for a snooze anyway ... now its officially sunday!! I need my beauty sleep ... for my beauty && ofcorse so my brain in ready to get set on the revision i need to do before wednesday x

Under The Weather x

Today I haven't been feeling the best (the whole house has come down with this sickness bug), haven't actually been proper sick yet, just feeling seriously weird. Didn't end up going into college .. didn't really fancy risking being sick on the bus in front of everyone :) so  i stayed at home instead.
I was already up for college so i decided to go back to bed for an hour & then make a start on the revision ... that plan failed, i ended up waking up at 2 instead! whooops
I've still managed to get quite a bit of revision done ... philosophy is nearly done and dusted :). Ive been using this revision site Get revising. Its pretty darn good if i may say so myself, basically you use your notes or resources to make more notes of your own online which you can submit, people can then rate and comment on them. You can also look at other things that other people have made and take notes from there notes :) its like a massive revision database you get points for how much work you do && then the person who has earned the most points gets the prize :) haha its like a Amazon voucher which is alright i guess :) .. hey i might add that to the list of thing i want to do .. be the best reviser!! GEEK x
The thing that made me happy today : June (step-mum) has been organising for me to go and work on cruise ships when I finish at college! She was talking to someone today who said i need to send them my details for when i'm free. Then there going to give me a date for an interview and if i get through that then there going to send me some dates where i can go for training :)!! ahhhh EXCITED.COM!! fingers crossed it all goes okay! so tomorrow im going to email the guy and start everything up!!! xEverything else is pretty much the same as yesterday! Im pretty gutted coz i was meant to be going out with the girls tonight before the exams started but i cnt coz im ill :( being ill + a hangover = not a good combination!! shame really :(
we have rescheduled for after the exams have finished x so there wont be any drunken pictures posted on the blog i'm afraid.
So that's pretty much all today's news, interesting day i know .. not :)
i probably should be off to do some more revision .....
I think instead ill finish off watching water loo road ... i cnt wok myself to hard :) Haha x

First Day Back x

So today was the first day back at college since Christmas ... && it was everything i imagined it to be; tiring and to be honest a little bit pointless. All were doing at the moment is revision which in fine .. its just i can do revision at home in the warm with as many cups of tea as i like without having to travel 3 hours ( 1 and a half each way) to get there :). I have to leave the house at half 6 in the morning and today i got back at 5 so it was dark when i left and dark when i returned ... fabby! Today wouldn't have even been that bad but it was double psychology ... i love psychology, probably my favourite lesson, but in double doses it can get a bit much!!

So pretty much my whole day has been filled with college. Tomorrow's a much better day!! don't have to be in untill 11:15 so I'm thinking .. get the bus at 9, get into town at 10 && then look for something to wear tomorrow night for when i go out with the gurlies ... sounds like a plan :) ! Oh and to top it off i get a lift home which means no waiting in the cold for ages for a freezing cold bus!! .. music to my ears!
On the resolutions/ 43 things which is actually only 7 now!! i need to get adding :) some things are well under way. I've been taking photo's now for 3 days haha i know its early days but im pretty confident i can keep this going for a year, im just excited to see the final thing when all the photo's are done its a shame i have to wait another 362 days till its complete, but i know it will be worth the wait :]!!

The thing that made me happy today is : My mushroom cupcake cases that i ordered like a week ago have finally came today!! there so cute!! i love them, trouble is i dont want to use them!!
at the moment im totally obsessed with baking cupcakes!! they are soo cute!! for Christmas i asked for a box to store all my baking stuff in, mum brought me a set of 3 that have cupcakes all over them!! i love them!! I really wish i could make really awesome cakes though ... like the ones you see in shops, i can do the basics but id love to go to a little bakery class :) i might look that up actually, good plan :) 
Eeerm oh yeah with the dream thing, i havnt actually had a dream that i remember to record down yet lol so thats not going to well but i cnt really help that. When i know i have to get up early i worry that i wont get up in time even though i set my alarm for an hour and a half before i actually get up. So in the end i basically dont end up sleeping .. no time for dreaming. Ill get back into the routine again soon though so im sure there will be many random dreams to come, i love dreams .... they seriously are the most random thing ever. I love how one minuite you can be sitting on the sofa in your from room and then the next your running through a jungle .. makes no sense what-so-ever but thats what makes them fun. I also love having the same dream more than once De ja vu!!
I've also signed up to Forces Penpals for a week to see how that goes, what i really want to do is write letters to the soldiers that are actually fighting. I like the ideas of letters more then emails ... its just more personal, so ive signed up to what the site calls 'snail mail' where they send you an email of those who want to receive mail when there away, so hopefully i get that email through.
Another thing to do on my achievements list is send a postcard to Post Secret. I dont believe i had never heard of it untill the other day!! i think its a brilliant idea, basically what it is, is you write a secret, a fear basically anything that you've never shared with anyone before and illustrate it on a 6x4 postcard then post it anonymously  to post secret. Its created by this guy called frank warren who then chooses the ones he likes best or whatever and puts them on the website every Sunday, you can get them in books now any everything its awesome :) so im going to get cracking on that not really 100% on what to write yet, ive got a few ideas, its going to have to wait till after the exams though x
Which reminds me revision isnt going to bad, focusing on philosophy at the moment because this time next week that exam will be over ... ive got most of it done just a few finishing pieces i need to catch up on. I've got an hour to wait before yaz picks me up from college tomorrow so ill get some more done then :) so its all going alright. Although i remember this time last year i ended failing most of the ones i took so had to end up retaking in the summer .. it worked out well though coz i went from a E to a B :) lets just hope i can get a B without any retaking this time x
So yeah thats pretty much it for the day :)
